Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your PromptGuard subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be applied to your account
  • You will retain access to all features until your subscription expires
  • Your API keys will be deactivated at the end of your billing period

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with PromptGuard, contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase for a full refund.

After the 14-day period:

  • Monthly subscriptions: No refunds for partial months
  • Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refunds may be available on a case-by-case basis
  • Enterprise plans: Subject to specific contract terms

Service Credits

In lieu of refunds, we may offer service credits for:

  • Extended service outages beyond our SLA guarantees
  • Billing errors or overcharges
  • Feature limitations not disclosed at time of purchase

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation:

  1. Log into your PromptGuard dashboard
  2. Navigate to Billing & Subscription settings
  3. Click "Cancel Subscription" or "Request Refund"
  4. Follow the prompts and provide any requested information
  5. You'll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours

Processing Time

Refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days. The exact time for the funds to reflect in your account may vary based on your payment provider.
